6630 B Class DMD Insulation Paper for Transformer and Electric Motor

Description: 6630 B-DMD Flexible Laminate is a three-layer flexible composite material. B Class DMD is produced by using B-class adhesive to adhere the two faces of high-melt-point polyester film with hot-rolled non-woven polyester fabric (Dacron).It is also called B Class Dacron Mylar Dacron.

Advantages: It has excellent electrical, mechanical, and impregnating properties.

Applications: 6630 B-DMD Flexible Laminate is suitable for slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical appliances.

Test and stock

Standard: GB/T5591.3.1-2008 and IEC626-2.

Storage: =40?, dry, clean in warehouse. Avoid fire, heat and sunlight.

Storage life: 12 months. Still effective if qualified in retest after 12 months.
