Description: H Class DMD Flexible Laminate is a three-layer flexible composite material. H Class DMD is produced by using special heat-resistant adhesive to adhere the two faces of high-melt-point polyester film with hot-rolled non-woven polyester fabric (Dacron). It is also called modified polyester with non-woven fabric.

Advantages: It has excellent electrical, mechanical strength, and heat-resistant properties.

Applications: The H Class DMD is suitable for slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in Class-F to Class-H electrical motors. It can be used as interlayer insulation in high voltage transformers and other electrical appliances.

Test and stock

Standard: GB/T5591.3.1-2008 and IEC626-2.

Storage: =30?,dry, clean in warehouse. Avoid fire, heat and sunlight.

Storage life: 6 months. Still effective if qualified in retest after 6 months.
